Job Title: HR Recruitment Administrator
Location: Remote – Occasional Work in Manchester office
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday
Salary: £16.32/h via umbrella
Contract: Fixed Term Contract 2/3 months – With View to extend| Full Time
Apricus Resourcing are working with a leading charity based in Manchester who are looking for a HR Recruitment Administrator for a Remote role (with potentially occasional office based work).
The role will primarily involve screening candidates for recruitment and onboarding them, guiding them through the full process.
The charity provide support services nationwide and help people who have experienced the criminal justice system, addiction, mental health issues or homelessness. They work closely with service users to build their confidence along with working with partner agencies to help them with employment, housing and much more.
About the Role
The service are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Administrator to join the team and work on a mainly remote basis with occasional travel into the Manchester office.
Candidates should possess exemplary organisational skills and demonstrate a meticulous approach to their work. A background in HR or a related administrative roles is essential for this role. Proficiency in using HR information systems and a strong grasp of Microsoft Office Suite are essential. The ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, is crucial in this role, as is the capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion.

People skills – in this role you’ll speak to strangers daily by all media types, a confident telephone manner and communication skills will be essential

The ability to gain credibility with stakeholders and candidates.

Provide full generalist people support for teams

To input all people, change information into the HR systems in readiness to support payroll cut off dates and to produce employee change letters resulting from such changes.

To update employee data by undertaking work on personnel files, sickness records, employee relations etc.

Support the employees with regular checks on Right to Work enquires , DBS and issues where needed.

Conduct reference checks

Screen candidates for various positions

Provide feedback to candidates and to hiring managers
