Inclusion Support Assistant - Primary School

We are seeking a caring, committed, and enthusiastic Inclusion Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusion and supporting children to reach their full potential in a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
The Role
As an Inclusion Support Assistant, you will:
Support pupils with additional needs across the primary age range
Work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to implement support strategies
Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils access the curriculum
Promote positive behaviour, confidence, and independence
Support pupils' social, emotional, and emotional wellbeing
Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environmentThe Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children in a primary school setting
Has a good understanding of SEN and inclusion (ASD, SEMH, ADHD, etc.)
Is patient, empathetic, and resilient
Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Works well as part of a team and uses their own initiativeWhat the School Offers
