Key Responsibilities

Supporting the service team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Coordinating engineer schedules and booking appointments

Handling customer enquiries via phone and email

Raising job cards, purchase orders and invoices

Processing service reports and maintaining accurate records

Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding parts and updates

Updating internal systems and databases

Assisting with fleet and compliance documentation

Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative or service support role

Strong organisational and time management skills

Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
