As the retail division continues to grow, they're looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor to join the team and play a key role in shaping the next phase of expansion.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a QS who thrives in a fast‑paced fit‑out environment and enjoys taking ownership across the full commercial lifecycle. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Designers, and Supply Chain partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Retail fit‑out experience is compulsory. We’re looking for someone who understands the pace, detail, and client expectations that come with delivering branded retail environments.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the commercial and financial aspects of multiple retail fit‑out projects

Prepare, negotiate, and analyse tenders, subcontractor packages, and procurement schedules

Produce accurate cost plans, valuations, variations, and final accounts

Monitor project performance, identifying risks and opportunities early

Work closely with internal teams to ensure cost control and commercial compliance

Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

Ensure all work aligns with company standards, contractual obligations, and industry best practice
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within retail fit‑out (essential)

Strong understanding of commercial fit‑out processes, supply chain, and cost management

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑moving environment

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills

Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail

Proficiency with relevant QS software and Microsoft Office
