Role: Occupational Health Administrator
Provide a full administrative service to the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Team to support in the delivery of an Occupational Health Service to all Altrad UK employees. The role will require confidentiality and ensuring that company and department polices and procedures are continually adhered to.
This role could be based at any Altrad location.
Key Accountabilities

Responsible for the processing of all management referrals, including the organisation and co-ordination of appointments between Altrad and the Occupational Health provider.

Responsible for the arranging of Asbestos Medicals, including the organisation of appointments and the processing of payments.

Responsible for the processing of all prescription eyewear requests and processing of payments.

Maintaining secure and accurate records within the department ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times.

Help produce accurate data and reporting information as and when required.

Deal with day to day questions from site and other departments and give information and guidance as required.

Any other administrative tasks deemed necessary as part of the role
Key Skills

Working Knowledge Microsoft packages, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc to basic level.

Clear and confident communicator with strong writing, data entry and telephone skills.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute effectively as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
