Sales Administrator based in Chertsey

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support their busy sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries by phone and email
Prepare quotations and support Account Managers and Directors
Process customer and supplier orders using a CRM system
Liaise with suppliers and Goods Receipt & Despatch to ensure on-time deliveries
Manage returns and repairs
Support shipping, invoicing, and goods inspection when required
Manage allocated customer accounts and identify new or repeat business opportunities
Assist with general sales administration and basic reporting
Skills & Experience:
Experience in sales administration or order processing required
Confident using CRM systems and MS Word/Excel
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced office environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
