Customer Service Coordinator
Telford office based
37.5 hours per week
Monday - Friday
Circa £26,500 to start

Centrally located with great public transport links, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your communication, organisation and computer skills.
Duties
- Handle enquiries and update requests via telephone and email
- Manage claims with manufacturers for any damaged or faulty goods
- Ensure the CRM is accurately maintained.
- Support the Salles & Marketing teams with administrative tasks
- Book in deliveries on to the system
- Assist spare part packaging and dispatch when busy
To be considered for this role you MUST:
- Have worked in a busy office based Customer Service role previously
- Be adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Have good all round ability on MS Office
- Be flexible to taking on additional tasks
