Job Title: Factory Operative

Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Rotating (Training will be 1 week on a day shift)
We are looking for a motivated Factory Operative to join a busy production team assembling steel frames. This position offers full training on machinery and tools, making it a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing or production experience who is keen to develop new skills and progress within a growing company.
This is a long-term temp-to-perm opportunity for the right Factory Operative candidate.
Duties Include:
- Handling and assembling steel frames
- Using drills, screwdrivers and rivet guns
- Working to strict quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- Able to stand for long periods
- Comfortable with bending, twisting and some manual lifting
- Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn
- Previous manufacturing and production experience is beneficial but not essential
- Own transport preferred due to shift times

Monday - Friday, full-time
06.00-14.00
14.00-22.00
