Part Time Marketing Administrator
£35,000 pro rata

We are looking for a dedicated Part Time Marketing Administrator to join my client's fantastic team on a permanent basis! What You'll Be Doing:
You will play a vital role in managing branded communications, marketing materials, literature, digital content, and exhibition activity. This role ensures all materials reflect the brand, meet regulatory requirements, and are kept consistently updated.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all communications meet brand standards and regulatory approvals.
Monitor competitor activity.
Work with the Design Engineer on imagery and artwork.
Manage issue control, PDFs, archiving, translations, and website updates.
Maintain company presentations and USB content.
Maintain product portfolios, brochures, and price lists.
Update distributor portfolios, discount structures, and website PDFs.
Liaise with the web host for fixes for the website.
Use WordPress to add new products to the website and update copy, images, data sheets, and certificates.
Maintain SEO performance.
Promote exhibition events via email footers, website, LinkedIn, and MD invites and act as main exhibition contact.
Coordinate stand design, logistics, suppliers, travel, literature, and portal profiles.
Attend exhibitions.
Manage monthly magazine adverts and annual renewals.
Oversee LinkedIn activity, analytics, and posting (minimum weekly).
Supply distributors with images and promotional material.
Attend weekly change control meetings.
Update and create data sheets, instructions, certificates, policies, and forms.
Other ad hoc duties such as create email footers, update distributor pages, print and prepare transit labels.Applications Used
Word, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PremierPro (or similar), Acrobat, Excel, PowerPoint, WordPress.
The ideal candidate
Strong technical skills across Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PremierePro), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Acrobat, and WordPress with an understanding of SEO.
Proven experience creating, updating, and managing literature, artwork, product documentation, data sheets, and website content with high accuracy and version control.
Excellent copywriting, proofreading, communication, and organisational skills, with experience coordinating exhibitions, suppliers, printers, advertising, and social media activity.
High attention to detail, proactive mindset, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and confidence liaising with internal teams and external partners.Office Angels is an employment agency and business.
