About the Role:
Truly make a positive impact on the lives of a 11 - 16 student with an EHCP by supporting them throughout their school day.
As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the supervision, personal care, welfare and keeping safe of individuals and / or groups of children within their academic environment, working with teachers and other class staff to plan and deliver activities to support student engagement.

What We're Looking For:
✔ Experience working within a specialist education / school / care setting
✔ Strong communication skills and a proactive manner
✔ Commitment and perseverance in fostering a positive and engaging learning environment ✔ Degree level within a psychology field or a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
