1:1 Learning Support Assistant (Key Stage 1)
Humly is recruiting a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join a primary school on an ongoing basis.
This is a full-time role starting as soon as possible and continuing on a long-term basis. This role would suit an experienced support professional who is confident working 1:1 with a child in Key Stage 1 and providing consistent, nurturing support to help them access learning.
What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis within a Key Stage 1 classroom

Implementing learning strategies set by the class teacher and SENCO

Providing emotional and behavioural support to promote engagement

Assisting with differentiated activities to meet individual needs

Supporting the child’s social development during lessons and transitions
What You’ll Bring

Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant

Experience supporting pupils with additional needs in a primary setting

A patient, caring, and consistent approach to behaviour and learning

The ability to follow education plans and adapt support as required

Pay
£14.85 per hour
