School Administrator – Mansfield
Requirement: Must hold a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
Provide Education & Teachers UK are recruiting an enthusiastic and dependable School Administrator to work in primary and secondary schools across the Mansfield area. This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of school administrative functions and supporting staff, students, and parents.
Key Duties:

Work to defined business processes to perform a wide range of administrative tasks with confidentiality and safeguarding in mind

Create and manage information relating to finance, student data, staffing, or other service requirements

Undertake financial management processes including processing orders, resolving issues, budget monitoring, reconciling accounts, and handling cash

Organise events, trips, and excursions, including booking venues and arranging transport
What We’re Looking For:

Experience using ScholarPack (essential)

Experience using ParentPay (desirable)

Previous office or administration experience

Strong IT skills, ideally using Integris or similar systems

Excellent communication skills; warm, friendly, and empathetic

Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
