Customer Operations Manager – Adventure Sports Industry
Salary: c. £40,000 (negotiable) – paid at 80% initially
Working Pattern: Fri–Sun (3 days) until September, then 4 days per week

Working Pattern & Salary
• 3-day working week (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) until September
• Moving to a 4-day week from September
• Paid at 80% of the full-time salary during this period
• Expected to transition to a 5-day week within 12 months, returning to full salary
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will oversee day-to-day site performance, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer journeys, and full compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily site operations and customer experience delivery
• Achieve KPI and service performance targets
• Plan staffing rotas and identify recruitment needs
• Maintain safety, regulatory, and compliance standards
• Lead staff reviews, performance monitoring, and record keeping
• Support apprentices and Customer Experience team development
