Part-Time Customer Service Administrator - West Byfleet
20-25 hours per week | 5 days per week | £14-£16 per hour
A friendly, organised local business in West Byfleet is looking for a calm, capable person to join their team on a part-time basis. This role is about dealing with issues, supporting clients, and helping people get to a clear, fair outcome - with a practical, solutions-first approach.
What you’ll be doing
Acting as the first point of contact for client queries via phone and email
Listening, clarifying what’s happened, and taking ownership through to resolution
Liaising with internal teams and third parties to get updates and move things forward
Keeping accurate notes and maintaining records on a CRM or internal system
Managing expectations and keeping clients updated with clear, timely communication
Spotting recurring issues and feeding ideas back to improve the service
What we’re looking for
Confident phone manner - warm, calm, and professional
Strong written communication (clear and well-structured)
Naturally organised - you can juggle multiple cases and deadlines
Solutions-focused - you enjoy getting to the bottom of things and sorting them properly
Comfortable using systems, email, and spreadsheets
Discreet and dependable with sensitive information

Part-time hours: 20-25 hours per week across 5 days
Pay: £14-£16 per hour (depending on experience)
West Byfleet based role with a supportive team and structured training
