Sales Support Executive
£32,000 + Hybrid Working + Excellent Benefits
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Executive to join a well established, international business based in their beautiful modern offices in central Reigate.
As part of the UK Commercial team, this is a varied, fast-paced support role where you'll work closely with the Sales Manager and customers to keep quotes, samples, orders and documentation moving smoothly from enquiry through to delivery.
The role will include:
Preparing and issuing customer quotations
Coordinating sample requests and product documentation
Managing the full order processing cycle
Acting as a day-to-day contact for customer enquiries
Maintaining accurate CRM records and communications
Following up on quotes, samples and customer feedback
Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
Supporting with quality queries and product rejections
Handling technical and regulatory document requests
Working to strict compliance and distribution standards
Providing proactive day-to-day support to the sales function
Ideal background:
Experience in sales support, customer service or commercial administration
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Comfortable using CRM systems
Experience in a regulated, technical or product-based environment helpful
Proactive, self-motivated and solutions focused
Package:
Salary circa £32,000
Hybrid working after training (3 days office / 2 from home)
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Pension: 3% employee / 6% employer

35 hour working week
