Retail Fit Out Project Manager
Location: London & UK Wide
Project Values: £200k – £500k
We are working with a well-established retail fit out contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver fast-paced retail fit out projects across the London and South East region.
This role would suit a Project Manager who thrives in a client-facing environment and has a strong track record delivering multiple retail schemes to programme and budget.
The Role:

Managing retail fit out projects from pre-construction through to handover

Project values typically ranging from £200k – £500k

Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

Managing programmes, budgets, and cost control
-
Acting as the main point of contact for clients and consultants

Ensuring H&S, quality, and compliance are maintained on all projects
Requirements:

Proven experience delivering retail fit out projects (£200k – £500k)

Strong understanding of fast-track retail programmes

Excellent client-facing and communication skills
-
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)

Full UK driving licence
