Issuing Sales invoices

Customer Accounts & Credit Control

Reconcile bank transactions in Xero

Support Operations Manager on procurement, supplier relations and inventory management

Reconcile PO’s / Post suppliers’ invoices

Organising returns for credit / Chasing Credit notes

Issuing various of reports
Requirements
-
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail

Good computer skills including preferably Xero, Excel

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
