Location: East Grinstead & surrounding areas
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Start Dates
Daily Rate: £89.05 – £110
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

We’re seeking friendly, reliable Classroom Support Assistants to join our team in East Grinstead and nearby schools. Whether you prefer full-time stability or flexible, day‑to‑day placements, we’ll place you in environments where your support truly makes a difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the class teacher with lessons and classroom activities
Providing one-to-one or small‑group support to pupils
Helping create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Assisting pupils with additional needs and adapting support where required
Encouraging positive behaviour and active participation
Working closely with teachers and staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with children (any age group welcome)
A patient, supportive, and adaptable approach
Confidence working with pupils of varying needs and abilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
