We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Droitwich, known for its friendly and supportive working environment. They are looking to appoint an Administrator with strong export experience to support their finance and administration function.
This role has a main focus on export administration, including export documentation and invoicing, with involvement in credit control. It would suit someone with a solid administrative background and essential export experience, who is happy to take ownership of export processes while supporting the wider finance team.
The position offers flexibility on hours and would suit someone looking for either a full-time or part-time role.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include:

Preparing and managing export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists and shipping paperwork

Printing, issuing and maintaining sales and export invoices

Liaising with customers, freight forwarders and internal teams regarding export shipments

Supporting credit control activities, including chasing outstanding payments and resolving invoice queries

Allocating payments and maintaining accurate records

Providing general administrative and finance support as required
About the Candidate

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Proven export administration experience (essential)

Comfortable working with export paperwork and invoicing processes

Confident communicator with customers and internal stakeholders

Competent using Excel and accounting/ERP systems
