FLOAT TEAM ASSISTANT
A global financial company is currently seeking experienced Team Assistants to work as Floats on a temporary basis for 12 months, with the potential to extend. This is working in an incredibly fast-paced environment, and the successful candidate will bring experience supporting teams at a high level.
FLOAT TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:
Managing a high volume of complex banker calendars
Handling a high volume of phone calls, placing, receiving, screening, routing calls, and taking detailed messages
Coordinating meetings and conference calls, maintaining banker contacts
Organising travel, including flights, multi-leg international travel, visas, car transfers, hotel reservations, cash advances, and preparing itineraries
Processing travel and entertainment expense reports accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with guidelines
Interacting professionally and effectively with colleagues
Performing general administrative tasks including copying, archiving, and filing
Fostering a team-oriented environment, providing support and sharing responsibility with other members of the phone group
Undertaking ad-hoc projects and duties as requested FLOAT TEAM ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience working as an Assistant, preferably within the banking or financial sector
Willingness to work 5 days per week in the office
Communicate clearly and professionally in person, on the phone, via Zoom and by email when liaising with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks and priorities, remaining organised and focused under pressure
Be confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook to a high standard, producing accurate and well-presented documents
