An established and growing organisation is looking for a reliable Administrator to join their team. This is a varied role supporting day-to-day business operations and ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support across the business.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare documents, reports, and internal communications.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules where required.
- Assist with data entry and general office tasks.
About You:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving.
