3-week rotating shift pattern:
08:00 - 16:00
09:00 - 17:00
10:00 - 18:00
What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive timely and supportive assistance. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing inbound and outbound customer calls with a friendly, professional approach
Booking and coordinating repairs and replacement appointments
Providing clear, accurate information to customers
Updating customer details in the internal system with precision
Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth appointment scheduling
