My Client is seeking a motivated Delivery Manager to join the Export Strategy & Industrial Participation team within Major Equipment Procurement (MEP). This role supports the delivery of international Technology Transfer and licensed manufacturing programmes that underpin the company's global export commitments.
As the Delivery Manager you will manage small to medium Technology Transfer projects and support larger programmes, working with UK and European suppliers and international customers to deliver high-value defence subsystems to cost, schedule, and quality. Regular travel to Poland and Italy is required.
Key responsibilities include:

Delivering Technology Transfer projects from MEP suppliers to customer Transfer Recipients

Managing schedules, costs, risks, and supplier performance

Ensuring Export Control compliance and licensing

Producing progress and status reports for senior stakeholders

Coordinating internal technical, commercial, and programme teams
About you:

Self-starting, adaptable, and comfortable working in complex, ambiguous environments

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

Confident communicator, able to influence internal and external partners

Experience in Project Management, Technology Transfer, Offsets, or a related commercial environment

Willing to travel internationally at short notice
BPSS clearance required. Nationality and right-to-work restrictions apply
