We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Health Care Assistants to work on a temporary agency basis within elderly care homes. This is a rewarding role where you will make a real difference to residents’ daily lives by providing high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)

Assisting with mobility, transfers, and repositioning

Helping with meals and hydration

Providing companionship and emotional support

Observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition

Following care plans, policies, and safeguarding procedures
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant (care home or similar setting preferred)

A caring, patient, and respectful attitude
-
Good communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to work flexible shifts

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

Training certificates
