Role
To work as part of a team of administrators, providing administrative support to staff and students.
Duties:

Checking registers on a daily basis
-
Producing non-attendance reports
-
Enrol or remove students from registers
-
Receiving phone calls / emails re student absence / appointments and entering comments onto system
-
Processing of change requests – transfers, withdrawals, level changes, early completion, amendments to start dates
-
Maintenance of budgets, and finance reports
-
Chasing department deliveries
-
Authorising invoice payments
-
Ensuring sufficient stationery suppliers are available
-
Providing administrative support to the day-to-day operations of the office
Experience:
-
Strong administration experience
-
Good attention to detail, highly organised and a strong communicator
-
Good MS Packages
-
Ability to multitask
