Konnect Recruit are working with a leading residential developer to recruit a Commercial Administrator to join their team based near Weybridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy Commercial department, working closely with surveyors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth administration, payment processing, and compliance across multiple residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage subcontractor and supplier set-ups, agreements, and documentation compliance

Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and support payment runs

Assist the Commercial team with day-to-day administration and site payment queries

Coordinate meetings, diary management, and maintain commercial records
Key Skills:

Strong administration and organisational experience, ideally within construction or finance

Confident IT skills (MS Office, commercial systems experience beneficial)

Detail-focused, able to prioritise and work to deadlines
