Known for delivering high-quality building envelope solutions across commercial, industrial and high-rise projects throughout the North East, this is a business with strong values and a genuinely supportive culture.
They’re now looking for an Office Administrator & Social Value Coordinator to play a key role at the heart of the business.

What you’ll be doing
Office Administration (Primary Focus):

Providing admin support across all departments

Acting as the first point of contact for calls and emails

Managing office supplies, equipment, and document control
-
Maintaining accurate filing systems (digital and physical)

Coordinating general HR administration

Supporting day-to-day office operations to keep everything running smoothly
Social Value & Community Engagement (Growing Focus):

Supporting the planning, delivery, and monitoring of social value initiatives

Coordinating community engagement activities and events
-
Building relationships with local charities, schools, and suppliers
-
Collecting and managing data for social value reporting
-
Assisting with internal and external reports
-
Maintaining records in line with relevant frameworks and commitments

A full UK driving licence (or working towards one) — community visits are part of the role
