We're seeking a Catering Supervisor to join the catering team at a vibrant residential activity centre near Hindhead, Surrey, set in the heart of the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The centre is surrounded by woodland, open fields, and picturesque countryside, providing an inspiring environment for children and young people on multi-day residential stays. Guests enjoy a wide variety of outdoor adventures, team challenges, and activity-based learning, and you'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality, nutritious meals are delivered in a fast-paced, welcoming, and safe environment.

Oversee all aspects of catering operations to ensure compliance with health & safety, allergen, and food safety regulations
- Deliver high-quality service to all guests, staff, and visitors, catering for dietary and allergen needs
- Lead, train, and support the catering team to maintain excellence in service and operational efficiency
- Manage budgets, costs, and resources to maximise value for money
- Ensure the working environment, facilities, and equipment meet all required standards and policies
- Maintain and improve your own professional development (CPD)
- Assist with centre-specific duties related to children's residential activity programmesWhat we're looking for
Previous experience in a catering environment (minimum 3 months)
- Level 3 Food Safety qualification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
