Accounts Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a factory based in Alton. This is a full time, temp to perm position.
Responsibilities as an Accounts Administrator:
Covering all-round accounts and admin duties
Working within a small office team
Carrying out all aspects of purchase ledger including raising purchase orders, posting invoices, reconciliation
Assisting with sales ledger including sales orders, invoices, allocating payments and dealing with general queries
Data input in to bespoke accountancy software
Assisting with general administration duties
Requirements:
Previous accounts experience
Excellent administrative experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Available immediately
Self sufficient and happy to be part of a small team
The Accounts Administrator Role:
Temp to perm
£13- £14 per hour depending on experience
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
