Alma Personnel are pleased to be supporting our nationwide client with their search for an experienced Accounts Assistant.
The duties of the Accounts Assistant will include;

Day to day accounting duties, including processing of invoices

Supporting with accounts activities specific to the industry

General accounting administration and reporting

Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers
The client is looking for an Accounts Assistant who have;

Previous accounts experience
-
Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
-
Experience using Sage 200 or other accounting software
-
Highly organised with attention to detail
-
Can work independently and as part of a team
This is a full time, permanent position (37.5 hours), and is fully office based.
