The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Managing diaries and scheduling across multiple time zones

Coordinating meetings, travel, and logistics

Ensuring confidentiality in all client‑facing environments

Assisting with internal organisation and business structure mapping

About You

Graduate or experienced EA/agency/political professional

Strong understanding of politics, social media, and content creation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

Confident, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure

Fast typing skills and strong administrative software knowledge

A second language is advantageous
