Introduction & Role
We are currently representing a House Builder, who are seeking a Customer Care Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The position is site based covering a brand new development!
Day to day
-
Carry out home demonstrations and handovers with the customer

Carry out 14 days meetings with customers to go through any initial snags or issues that arise.

Carry out inspections throughout the warranty period regarding any defects or issues that arise.

Liaise with contractors to carry out works or inspect issues.

Carry out pre-quality inspections on properties prior to handovers.

Support the office team day to day
Key Skills required
-
Previous experience within a Customer Service Manager or Customer Relations Manager role in the new homes industry.

Excellent communication and customer facing skills

Excellent report and email writing skills and proficient with IT
