Duties
Assisting with loading and unloading materials, ensuring safe handling at all times
Supporting tradespeople and other team members with day-to-day tasks
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
Moving supplies, equipment, or products around the site as directed
Preparing work sites by clearing debris or setting up necessary tools and materials
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times during operations
Assisting with basic maintenance tasks when required, including minor repairs or inspections
Skills
Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour throughout the shift
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a manual labour environment
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and working conditions
Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is key
