This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, keeping things running smoothly, and supporting a variety of departments with day-to-day administration.
Key responsibilities:

Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional, welcoming manner

Providing general administrative support to various departments

Managing emails, filing, and basic data entry

Greeting visitors and helping maintain a positive front-of-house experience

Confident and polite on the phone
