MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Durham area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for an ongoing position.
The Role:

Receiving incoming goods and checking deliveries against paperwork to ensure accuracy and quality.

Moving, storing, and organising stock safely within the warehouse.

Picking and packing products accurately to meet customer and production requirements.

Preparing goods for dispatch, including labelling and staging orders.

Operating forklift trucks and other material handling equipment safely where trained and licensed.

Updating stock levels using warehouse management systems or scanners.

Carrying out regular stock checks and supporting stocktakes as required.

Loading and unloading vehicles in line with site procedures.

Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness across the warehouse.

Adhering strictly to health & safety procedures, including PPE and manual handling guidelines.

Working closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Reporting any stock discrepancies, damages, or equipment issues promptly
The Person:

Warehouse Experience
-
Manufacturing understanding
-
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and preferably has used warehousing software previously
-
Good verbal communication skills
-
Strong work ethic and team player
-
Ability to take & follow instructions

Training Hours will be 08:00am to 16:30pm, £12.21 Per Hour
You will then move onto continental shift rotations
