Driver & Stock Operative
Location: Peterlee (frequent travel required)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours/week
Salary: £24,750 P/A
Dynamite Recruitment is partnering with a leading UK service provider with multiple sites nationwide. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a Driver & Stock Operative to join their Warehouse & Logistics Team.
The Role
This is a hands-on, varied role combining driving, stock control, and logistics support. Based at our office in Peterlee, you will spend most of your time on the road, travelling across the South of England and Wales, visiting sites and storage locations.
Your responsibilities will include...
Collecting stock and waste from multiple sites and technicians across the UK
Performing stock counts and vehicle audits for field-based technicians
Supporting stock control, equipment calibration, and PAT testing logistics
Planning and organising efficient routes to maximise productivity
Maintaining safe storage and transport of stock and tools
Assisting with equipment or material recovery
Liaising with field technicians to coordinate site visits and collections

Full, clean UK driving licence - required!
Comfortable with long-distance driving across the UK
Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving stock
Strong communication and organisational skills
Willingness to spend the majority of the working day on the road
