Hunter James Recruitment are assisting our client - a well established National organisation with their search for an experienced Fleet Administrator to join their busy facility in Leicester
Responsibilities will include:

To be self-motivated, plan and exceed service delivery expectations and manage the resources required for the department

Administration of Fleet and all compliance issues within the fleet

Ensure all accident and damage reports are investigated and costs attributed correctly in conjunction with accounts invoicing.

Ensure that all necessary reports, documents, schedules and diaries are maintained
-
Plan and action all movements in conjunction with Operations Distribution office Team
-
Work closely with the team ensure all site health & safety procedures are adhered to.

Uphold and enforce the drivers’ compliance policy.

Ensure drivers hours are maximised but not exceeded, including accurate timesheet management.

Ensure continuous legal management of drivers’ hours & WTD regulations are being managed throughout the year
THE CANDIDATE
-
Ideally the candidate will have strong experience within a HGV /Transport/ Fleet role
-
Experience of Fleet compliance
-
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
-
A high level of IT literacy
