Part-Time EYFS 1:1 Support Assistant
Location: Blackpool
Hours: Mondays & Wednesdays | 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Term Time, temporary contract)
Contract: Temporary until July 2028
Pay: £13.68-£14.69 per hour.

This role is about more than just support; it's about becoming a key part of a child's developmental journey. You will provide 1:1 assistance focused on nurture, regulation, and sensory exploration, ensuring our student can vibrantly access the EYFS framework.
What You'll Be Doing:
Nurture & Regulation: Helping a young learner feel safe and supported through a nurture-led approach.
Sensory Learning: Delivering engaging 1:1 sensory sessions.
Creative Support: Bringing your energetic character to the classroom to make learning fun and accessible.
Collaboration: Working within a supportive Blackpool Academy with strong links across a wider Multi-Academy Trust.
What You'll Need:
EYFS Knowledge: Prior experience or understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Personality: A "fun and energetic" approach you'll need to be ready to play, create, and inspire.
Commitment: A genuine desire to support the unique individual needs of our pupils.
