Autism Support Assistant - The Role:
- Autism Support Assistant
- Work on a 1:1 basis with children with SEND
- Support children who have special educational needs/ challenging behaviour
- Differentiate according to individual needs
- Work in a lovely specialist school in Oldham
- Communicate excellently with various stakeholders
Autism Support Assistant - Person Specification:
- 1st class or 2:1 degree in Psychology or relatable subject is ideal
- Strong knowledge of SEND if required
- Passionate about education and SEN
- Thinking of becoming a teacher or Educational Psychologist in the future
- SEND experience is essential
