School Finance Administrator (Office-Based) - Manchester (WA15 area)
£15.00 - £25.00 per hour (DOE)
People Dynamix are recruiting a School Finance Administrator to support a busy school office in the Manchester WA15 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong finance administration experience who can hit the ground running.
The Role
You'll be supporting the finance function with day-to-day tasks including:
Uploading and processing invoices using a finance package
General finance administration (purchase orders, supplier queries, filing, data entry)
Maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider school office as needed
Working closely with internal staff to ensure invoices and documentation are processed correctly and on timeSystems
The school uses Bromcom. Experience with Bromcom is a bonus, but not essential - we're looking for someone who is confident with finance systems and a quick learner.
What We're Looking For
Previous finance admin / accounts experience (invoice processing essential)
Confident using finance packages and working with spreadsheets
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Professional, reliable, and able to work in a school environmentDBS
An Enhanced DBS would be ideal. If you don't currently have one, you can still be considered - you would just need to be accompanied on site until your DBS is in place.
