Customer Service & Sales Advisor
OTE £34,270 | £25,480 basic + uncapped commission

This is an inbound customer service and sales role for people who enjoy helping customers and spotting opportunities while they’re doing it. You’ll be speaking to existing customers, dealing with renewals, upgrades and day-to-day queries — no cold calling, no guesswork.
You’ll be based on-site in a busy Belfast city-centre office, working as part of a supportive, target-driven team with clear structure and progression.

Handling inbound customer calls in a professional, confident way

Supporting customers with renewals, upgrades and general account queries

Understanding customer needs and recommending relevant products or services

Working towards individual and team sales targets

Using multiple systems to log activity and manage customer information
This role suits someone who:

Is comfortable working to targets and likes seeing results

Can think on their feet and handle objections calmly

Is confident using computer systems and switching between screens

Has experience in customer service or sales (helpful, but not essential)

Permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week)

Shifts between 8am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday

This is a fully on-site position, working five 8-hour shifts out of seven from the Belfast (BT1) office.
