Customer Experience Advisor (Sales Focus)
£34,270 OTE | £25,480 basic + uncapped commission

This role sits right in the middle. You’ll take inbound calls from existing customers, deal with queries, renewals and upgrades, and spot opportunities where a better product or service genuinely makes sense.
No cold calling. No guesswork. Just conversations, outcomes, and clear targets.
The day-to-day

Speak with customers who are already using the service

Resolve queries, manage renewals and discuss upgrade options

Ask the right questions to understand what the customer actually needs

Use multiple systems accurately while keeping the conversation flowing

Previous customer service or sales experience is useful, but not essential. Training is provided.
What you get

Permanent, full-time contract

40 hours per week, shifts between 8am–10pm, Monday to Sunday
