Commercial Assistant required in London
GVR Solutions are currently representing a very well established and growing main contractor, based in Central London, who are in the market for a Commercial Assistant to join their team.
This is a varied role providing day-to-day support to the Quantity Surveying team, alongside assisting the Accounts department. The position would suit a motivated individual looking to build on their experience within the construction industry and develop their commercial skillset.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the QS team with subcontract payments

Chasing subcontract orders and related documentation

Measuring works and supporting valuations

Providing administrative support across commercial activities

Assisting the Accounts team, including training and use of Sage software
About You:

Some experience within the construction industry is preferred

A few years’ experience in a commercial or administrative role would be beneficial

Keen to learn, well organised, and comfortable working across teams

Good communication skills and attention to detail

Experience with Sage (or willingness to be trained)
