We're on the lookout for skilled and reliable Demolition Operative to join a luxury residential refurbishment project in Victoria. This is a great opportunity for those with experience in high-spec projects to get started right away.
Key Responsibilities:
· Carry out soft-strip and demolition tasks
· Support tradespeople across the site as needed
· Move and organise materials safely and efficiently
· Load skips and manage site waste removal
What You'll Need:
· A valid CSCS card
· Two recent, contactable references
· Demonstrated experience working on premium residential refurbishments
The Role:
· Position: Demolition Operative
· Start Date: Immediate
· Location: Victoria, London
· Pay: £650 per week
· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
