Role Overview:
As part of the assembly team, you’ll work with precision-engineered miniature components to build high-spec cable systems. The role involves handling very small parts, requiring careful attention. You'll help ensure that every unit meets the company’s high quality and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble small and delicate components with accuracy and care
• Follow detailed instructions to meet technical specifications
• Use tools such as tweezers, crimpers, and soldering irons
• Maintain consistent quality and meet daily production targets
• Work closely with colleagues to support team output
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience in production or assembly work is preferred
• Comfortable working with microscopic or miniature components
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused
• Punctual, trustworthy, and a positive team player
• Knowledge of IPC is beneficial
