We are currently recruiting for an Office Site administrator to work for an important Construction client of ours in the Dudley area.
Candidates interested must be happy to work in a busy Construction office with the senior project Management team.
We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Maintain professionalism at all times around clients and customers
- Have good telephone and face-to-face skills.
- Have good filing skills (be able to file important documents where the project teams can easily find them)
- Have good Microsoft Office skills and experience using MS packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Office.
- Be able to communicate well with project team.
The working hours are going to be either 8am - 16pm or 9am - 17pm Monday - Friday,
(40 hours per week) However we can be flexible with the hours if required
