Online Dispatch & Warehouse Team Member
Are you organised, efficient, and ready to join a dynamic online retail operation? Our client, a growing multi-site online retailer, is seeking a reliable Online Dispatch & Warehouse Team Member to join their head office team.
This is a varied role supporting all aspects of warehousing across three online platforms. The business handles a wide range of products, from parts and machinery to PPE and forestry equipment, so attention to detail and efficiency are key.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Picking, packing, and preparing online orders, particularly during busy periods
Coordinating daily courier collections and managing related documentation
Handling returns and liaising with other departments to ensure correct processing, including repairs or warranty work
Following processes and keeping accurate records, including machine data for warranty purposes
Assisting with goods in, stock organisation, and storage in the correct locationsWhat We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Comfortable handling a variety of items, including machinery and heavier stock
Good communication skills to liaise with colleagues across departments via phone, email, and in person
Basic computer skills, including creating shipping labels and checking stock levels
Forklift licence is a bonus, but not essentialAdditional Information:
Some machines require inspection before dispatch
All necessary lifting equipment is provided
This is a physical role, so a level of fitness is requiredSalary & Benefits:
Starting salary: £25,500 per year (based on a 40-hour week)
