Learning Support Assistant – The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and SEN staff to support pupils with additional needs, both in small groups and on a 1:1 basis. You will help pupils access the curriculum, support behaviour and engagement, and promote independence and confidence throughout the school day.
