A leading engineering company in the water, civil, and utilities sectors is looking for a Business Unit Manager to lead their Drainage Division. The division includes three teams: CCTV, Sewer Lining, and Excavations, each with a line manager reporting to you.
This is a senior operational role overseeing small-value projects across multiple sites. You will manage teams, drive operational efficiency, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
The role is client-facing, engaging with water authorities, housing developers, and supporting expansion into rail and power sectors.

Proven experience in the utilities or civil engineering sectors

Knowledge of drainage, sewer lining, excavations, waste water, or reinstatement
