We are recruiting an Administration Assistant to support a busy healthcare service in Sheffield. This role suits someone who is organised, approachable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced care environment. Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
Key Duties:

Provide administrative support to management and care teams

Answer calls and emails and handle enquiries professionally

Organise meetings, training, and appointments (Outlook)

Maintain accurate records and filing systems

Support compliance processes (training, DBS, audits)

Data entry, basic reporting, and clerical tasks

Assist with invoices, petty cash, and expenses

Deliver friendly customer service to staff and visitors
About You:

Previous administration experience

Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong communication and organisational skills
